What to wear for a photoshoot

I know that the biggest stress of planning a photoshoot when you are the one in front of the camera is "what am I going to wear?"

I want to share some vision with you to maybe help make this an easier process.  I hope it will help and you have that aaahhhaa moment at your next photoshoot.

Have you ever looked at a magazine and thought, "why can't my family photos look like that?" "I want engagement photos like this!"

It's not always what make-up she has on, what location is that, she has some serious white teeth. You are over looking what she is wearing.

I bet she isn't wearing leggings and a baggy shirt and the handsome fella isn't wearing an AC/DC t-shirt. Believe it or not, I have had this couple show up for a photoshoot and they didn't understand why they didn't like their pictures.

If you take a moment and find a pretty dress, even if you aren't a dress wearing gal, dress up, look pretty, bring some flowers to the shoot.  Maybe even put on some heals (even if it's just for the photo) they will elongate your legs and make them look thinner and longer!!!! BONUS!  I have found some really great chiffon shirts on amazon for a great price, I have some pinned on my Pinterest board "photoshoots~what to wear" .  This will be a game changer!

And guys lets talk for a moment~ I am not saying go rent a tux or buy a suit~ if you have some khaki or Navy pants, a white dress shirt and dress up a little more than you usually do. Looking good will help you feel better in front of the camera!   If you wanted to you could add a tie, vest or suspenders or one of my favorites a bow tie.

If you are your partner look amazing you are going to feel more confident in-front of the camera ~ Don't you feel like you have a little more swagger when you are looking amazing!

I hope I see you in-front of my camera looking awesome soon!
